Highly Skilled Migrant Programme

This programme is designed to allow professionals and highly skilled people from outside the EEA to migrate to the United Kingdom regardless of whether or not they have been offered a position in the UK and without the need for their employers to advertise their vacancies to UK residents. The programme is based on a points system which allows each prospective applicant to assess whether or not they will succeed with their application.

- assess whether or not you meet the requirements of the immigration rules to qualify for a permit under the HSMP

- assess whether or not you have the necessary supporting evidence to obtain a permit under the HSMP

- complete and submit your application, together with supporting evidence, in a manner which will satisfy the requirements of the immigration authorities
